  • Part of the course are practical assignments (Case study assignments), which contribute to the understanding of the topic and are evaluated.
  • The candidate must successfully complete all four assignments. The assignments are carried out during the course (approx. 60-90 minutes per assignment), are of a group nature, open book and are evaluated by the lecturer.
  • The practical assignments deal with three fictitious organizations and consist of 4 subject areas, while for successful completion it is necessary to obtain an assessment of at least 30 points (75%) out of a maximum of 40 points.
  • The manual for this course as well as practical assignments and practice tests are in English, the interpretation is in Slovak or English.
  • Study materials (Student Books) are designed to support simple and quick preparation for the certification test, but at the same time provide more demanding candidates with a rich amount of additional information and knowledge for further use in everyday practice.
  • The course includes theory and practical exercises in the form of case studies.
  • The AXELOS certification test for obtaining the internationally valid ITIL®4 Digital and IT strategy certificate is included in the price of the course and takes place online at the date booked with PeopleCert.
  • In order to achieve the ITIL4 Digital and IT strategy qualification level and obtain the certificate, the candidate must successfully complete all four practical assignments (Case studies) evaluated by the lecturer and also successfully pass the test.
  • The test is in online form and consists of choosing the correct answers from the given options.
  • The test consists of 30 questions, while at least 21 questions (70%) must be answered correctly for successful completion.
  • The test is of the “closed book” type. No literature or electronic devices are allowed during the test. It is allowed to use a traditional translation dictionary.
  • The length of the test is 75 minutes (60 minutes for English native speakers).
  • Test results are available within 3 business days after taking the exam at PeopleCert.
