  • The AXELOS certification test for obtaining the internationally valid ITIL®4 Foundation certificate is included in the price of the course and takes place online at the date booked with PeopleCert.
  • The test is in written form and consists of choosing the correct answers from the above options.
  • The length of the test is 75 minutes (60 minutes for English native speakers).
  • Test results are available within 3 working days after passing the exam

The ITIL®4 Foundation certificate is valid for 3 years.
