Do you like figuring out how things work and making them work better? We’re looking for a curious and tech-savvy junior consultant to join our team. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs and help configure ITSM tools like GLPI, Xurrent, and HaloITSM to fit their world. No two clients are the same, so every day looks a little different — in a good way. What you’ll be doing Talking to clients, understanding their IT processes, and turning that into something actionable Configuring and setting up ITSM tools (GLPI, Xurrent, HaloITSM) based on what each client actually needs Teaming up with senior consultants to shape solutions and present them to clients Communicating in English — workshops, emails, demos, you name it What we’re looking for Analytical mindset — you enjoy breaking down problems and finding the right solution Tech-savvy — you’re comfortable picking up new tools and systems quickly Good English (B2+) — enough to run a meeting or write a solid email without hesitation Curious about ITIL / ITSM — you don’t need to be an expert, but an interest helps a lot …
