What was 2024 like?

So here it is again – the end of another year is approaching. Many are taking stock, so we will be no different. What did 2024 bring to OMNICOM?

  • In May, we celebrated the 30th anniversary of OMNICOM. The birthday celebration with our guests – business partners – was carried out in the spirit of theatrical art, as the main point of the program was the theatrical performance “Day of Joy” at Studio L+S.
  • We had a 12% increase in the number of participants in our courses year-on-year, with the ITIL Foundation course in particular enjoying a long-lasting great popularity. In 2024, we also offered our customers a new course – ITIL®4 Specialist – Collaborate, Assure and Improve.
  • We have obtained the ISO 27 001 certificate (Information Security Management System Certification according to ISO/IEC 27001), and therefore we can declare that our company has a systematic approach to information security and our implementation and support services for ITSM/ESM tools are provided in accordance with the requirements of the standard.
  • We are pleased that more and more customers are using our services, as evidenced by the fact that this year we have implemented 10% more projects compared to 2023.

However, what 2024 brought us would not have been possible without you. Cooperation with you is extremely important to us, we are grateful for the opportunity to be part of your projects and successes.
