The itSMF international conference proves its quality again

The 18th itSMF Slovakia “Inspire Together 2024” conference took place on October 23 and 24, 2024. As usual, this year was full of high-quality speakers, engaging topics and inspiring news.

More than a hundred participants were “inspired” by experts from the domestic and foreign professional scene. Topics such as risk management in today’s inherent uncertainty, achievements in the field of AI, or building teams to support digital products were just some of those that caught the attention of the participants. Each block of lectures has been carefully selected to reflect the latest trends and technologies that make up the current digital world. The audience was also interested in the lecture by Pavol Holbík from Omnicom, who presented a summary of knowledge from the elimination of waste and increasing the effectiveness of value streams.

Expert discussions with great speakers were inspiring for both parties. The presence and active participation of the conference participants contributed to its success and enriched the discussion with valuable experiences. Thanks to practitioners, they had the opportunity to gain valuable know-how and applicable tips to improve efficiency in their professional fields.

To the delight of those present, as well as the organizers, Mark Smalley, who is the author of the publication ITIL 4 High-velocity IT, was also part of the conference.
