ReConnect 2023 – itSMF Slovakia
As every year, OMNICOM is a platinum partner of the annual itSMF Slovakia conference called ReConnect 2023. You can look forward to the conference on the 8th of the November 2023, and we will meet at the Lindner Hotel.
The conference is in the spirit of opportunities for new beginnings where we need to find ways to enhance customer engagement, experience, generate new revenue streams and improve the quality of service to our customers.
Our CEO Miroslav Hlohovský will present this topic on conference. Miroslav will talk about “What path is the evolution of ITSM taking?”. In the presentation – together with our client MH Teplárenský holding, Katarína Rybárová – will be presented the experience of implementing the ESM tool 4me in a complex customer environment, where not only IT services but also other corporate services were digitized, e.g. onboarding, offboarding, the entire purchasing process, and others.
During the conference, you can also look forward to the contributions of many experts from Slovakia and abroad.
