The certification exam is conducted online in the form of a test and consists of selecting the correct answers from the options provided. The test duration is 113 minutes (90 minutes for participants whose native language is English).
The exam consists of 40 questions, of which 28 correct answers (70%) are required to pass. The exam is open book, and candidates should use the “ITIL Car Rental Scenario”, which provides the basic information to which the questions relate.
Online exam:
After ordering the certification exam, we will send you a voucher, which you can redeem directly on the PeopleCert portal, where you can also schedule the date and time of your online test. The test is administered by PeopleCert, the certification authority, which also communicates directly with the participant. You can download the test result and certificate from the PeopleCert portal.
