In the dynamic landscape of business and technology, OMNICOM achieved remarkable milestones across various sectors in the year 2023. This article encapsulates our journey and highlights key accomplishments in four pivotal areas that defined our year.
- Consulting services: We have provided consulting services in almost all continents. As part of the projects, we successfully helped with the “merge” and “spin-off” processes of large international companies.
- Education: We have expanded our education portfolio with the ITIL Practice Manager qualification and introduced an update to PRINCE2 in the 7th edition. We have organized dozens of public courses, in-house training, workshops and business simulations, many online, but most of them in a face-to-face format, which our customers also appreciated. We helped interested parties to obtain the highest qualification of ITIL Master. And we met with you regularly through our webinars.
- ITSM/ESM and Asset management tools: We have implemented the largest ITSM/ESM platform for over 120,000 end users and partnered with Lansweeper, expanding our portfolio with a great asset management platform. We have successfully implemented ITSM/ESM solutions in 6 countries of the European Union.
- OMNICOM events: We helped organize and lectured at itSMF Slovakia conference about our experiences with ESM. We organized an Omnicom meetup for our customers and gave a presentation at the Teclib partner event in Paris about our GLPI implementation project for the City of Košice. We have contributed to spreading awareness of service management and project management in the academic environment.
