We have great news: OMNICOM’s MCP Server has successfully passed Teclib’s review and is now officially available in the GLPI Plugins Directory.

This is an important milestone for our team, and at the same time, the first step in our new series of extensions for GLPI.

What GLPI MCP Server does

MCP Server connects GLPI 11 directly to AI assistants such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot through the Model Context Protocol. Straight from a conversation, your team can work with tickets, the knowledge base, service catalog, users, groups and projects. The AI also checks your data against ITIL best practices. As a first check, it detects tickets that look misclassified as an Incident or a Service request. Every action runs under the user’s own GLPI account, so your existing profiles, rights and entity restrictions always apply.

The plugin is open source (GPLv3+) and is offered as an annual subscription. The subscription includes the current release, all updates released during the year, and access to the OMNICOM GLPI Support Portal.
