  • Target audience: Those who have invested in ITIL 4 and ITIL 3 designations and need a clear and simple upgrade route to ITIL 5
  • Duration: 5 Days (0,5d Foundation, 3d Product, Service, Experience, 1,5d Transformation)
  • Exam: focus only on changes / open book
  • Prerequisites: ITIL 4 Managing Professional, ITIL 4 Master, ITIL 3 Expert, ITIL 3 Master
