FAQ for online certification
How can I order an online exam?
You can order an online exam directly on our website omnicom.digital, under the Tests section where you will find specific exams. Certification exams can also be ordered by email at sales@omnicom.digital.
What is OMNICOM’s role in the online exam?
OMNICOM arranges a voucher for your selected online exam from the testing institute PeopleCert/EXIN. The voucher will be sent to your email directly by the institute. You can then choose the exam date that best suits you.
How long is the voucher valid?
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
In what language is the exam available?
You can take the certification exam in the language of your choice, most often in English (please note that Slovak is not available).
When can I take the exam?
During registration, you can select a time slot that works for you from the options listed on the testing institute’s website. Slots are available 24/7.
Can I reschedule my exam?
Yes, you can reschedule, but you must notify PeopleCert/EXIN in advance. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. After that, rescheduling is subject to an additional fee.
Where can I take the online exam?
You can take the exam from home or your office, provided you won’t be disturbed. The exam must be taken in a closed room where no one else is present.
What do I need for the online exam?
You will need:
- A computer with a camera and microphone
- Internet connection
- A valid ID

Can I use a dictionary or study materials during the exam?
If the exam is not offered in your native language, you may use a translation dictionary.
Study materials (official Axelos publications) are only permitted in “Open book” exams, such as PRINCE2 Practitioner and PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner.
Do I have to use a company laptop/PC?
No, you can use any computer with internet access. If you use a company device, please check beforehand that your company’s security policy allows you to install the applications required for the exam.
Can I skip between questions during the test?
Yes, you can skip questions, change answers, and return to them later during the exam.
When will I receive my results?
Preliminary results are shown immediately after the exam. Official results will be available within 2 business days.
Will I see the correct answers?
No, after the exam you will only receive your percentage score for each section, not the correct answers to individual questions.
Where can I find my certificate?
Once you pass, your certificate will be available in your PeopleCert/EXIN profile in PDF format.
