itSMF Czech Republic Conference
The itSMF Czech Republic conference is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year and brings the theme “The Power of Change”- about how to drive change in a meaningful, sustainable way, with a strong focus on people. The event takes place on 28 – 29 January 2026 in Prague (Comfort Hotel City Prague) – and OMNICOM is there!

Our session: Beyond the Blame Game with ITxM
OMNICOM is an active part of the program: Miroslav Hlohovský (OMNICOM) spoke on the second day together with Michael Wilken (Xurrent) in a presentation titled “Beyond the Blame Game with ITxM.” Together, they focused on how modern AI solutions help unify collaboration across teams, reduce noise, and speed up incident resolution—ultimately increasing service resilience.
A diverse agenda
The conference program is diverse and combines keynote talks, practical sessions, partner presentations, and a panel discussion. Key topics include:
- change in practice (how to manage it so it “sticks”),
- AI in ITSM (from automation to autonomous IT and trustworthy services),
- resilience and security,
