itSMF Slovakia 2025 – Platinum OMNICOM

On October 22–23, 2025, the 19th annual itSMF Slovakia conference titled “Inspire Together 2025” took place in Bratislava at the Lindner Hotel Gallery Central, where we proudly participated as a platinum partner.

The conference featured top-tier speakers and opened with an exceptional keynote by Paul Wilkinson. His talk was not only professionally enriching but also delightfully light-hearted – Paul is known for his humor and the ease with which he engages his audience.

Inspiration, practical approaches, and great insights

Among other memorable moments of the conference was a presentation by Ľubomír Andrassy, which resonated with attendees thanks to its authenticity. OMNICOM was also represented among the speakers – Miroslav Hlohovský took part in a panel discussion and delivered his own presentation titled “Modernizing Service and Operations Management through AI.” His talk was highly rated for its practical applicability in everyday work – participants appreciated the concrete video examples that can be directly implemented in their organizations.
