Last week, on September 26, 2025, the 3rd edition of the TA3 INNOTECH FORUM – Innovation and Digital Transformation took place at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Bratislava.
This event once again confirmed that the topics of technological innovation, digital transformation, and the practical application of modern solutions remain key to the development of Slovak industry, business, and public administration.
The conference was divided into two parts:
The morning began with the first discussion, “How to Build Success in Slovakia,” where leaders from finance, industry, research, and business shared their perspectives.
Subsequent panels focused on topics such as “Useful Digital Technologies and Innovations in Practice,” “Intelligent Solutions for Secure Business,” and “The AI (R)evolution: Strategies for Survival and Growth by 2030.”
OMNICOM’s Pavol Holbík (Head of Training Services) joined the third panel discussion with his talk “IT as the Engine of Innovation.” He emphasized how a proactive IT department can play a strategic role, adapt to rapid changes, and integrate innovations directly into an organization’s daily operations.
After the panels, participants attended thematically focused workshops, which provided hands-on insights and opportunities to discuss with experts. This format brought the theory closer to real-world application and added a dynamic dimension to the conference.
From 18:00, participants enjoyed dinner and a cultural program, offering space for networking, informal conversations, and exchanging experiences beyond the stage.
At 20:00, the evening program continued with a performance by violin virtuoso Filip Jančík. This highlight of the evening was not only a cultural experience but also an opportunity to combine the pleasant with the useful—enjoying music while building new connections in an informal setting.
At OMNICOM, we were delighted to accept the invitation to be part of this prestigious platform. With Pavol Holbík among the key speakers, we contributed directly to the dialogue on how technology can drive transformation—not just as tools, but as the true engine of change.
Through his talk, we shared our vision: helping organizations identify the essential elements of successful digital transformation and embedding innovation into their everyday processes so that it becomes a natural part of their operations.
We are convinced that INNOTECH FORUM 2025 once again proved that conferences don’t have to be limited to lectures—they can serve as a vibrant space for exchanging ideas, connecting people, and generating new partnerships.
