As a premium implementation partner of Xurrent (formerly 4me), OMNICOM is proud to share another successful implementation story – this time with Slovenské elektrárne, a.s (SEAS). We deployed Xurrent at SEAS in just five months, focusing on ITSM automation, workflows, and CMDB. As a result, Slovakia’s largest electricity producer automated 43% of IT requests and achieved 96% customer satisfaction.
Implementation in 5 months
Although we have delivered implementations in as little as four weeks, this SEAS project was extensive—so five months was exceptionally fast, considering:
Metrics, statistics, and dashboards—let’s summarize them all at once. Over the past 6 months, SEAS recorded:
Request handling:
Critical systems require (and receive) precise automation
In an environment where accuracy is a matter of safety, SEAS needed automation that delivers both efficiency and precision. Here’s how they achieved it:
CMDB automation
Traditionally, IT specialists had to manually update CI records in the CMDB after completing tasks. With Xurrent, that changed—for the better.
“Within workflows, there are tasks where a specialist selects a CI, which is then updated automatically. There is no need to manually enter the CMDB. This ensures the accuracy that is critical in a nuclear environment.”
Employee onboarding
Onboarding is often a manual process full of forms, repeated data entry, and cross-department communication. With Xurrent, SEAS automated 25% of a 40-step workflow, triggered via SAP integration. And this is only the beginning—they plan to expand automation further.
Systems integration
SEAS uses a broad technology portfolio:
With Xurrent, integration possibilities are virtually unlimited. Our developer portal is designed to help developers integrate with other applications more easily.

Xurrent brought automation and order to SEAS processes, but this success would not have been possible without the partnership with OMNICOM. Miroslav Hlohovský, CEO and Head of Digital at OMNICOM, and his team were involved from day one:
“We worked closely with SEAS every day to ensure everything ran smoothly. We helped create 90 workflows with many tasks, trained nearly 200 IT specialists, and supported various integrations—standard and custom.”
OMNICOM configured 160 services and 400+ service instances across six different locations/power plants – each with its own IT systems and services. Miroslav added that we “became part of the SEAS team,” and the cooperation continues—both in support and future enhancements. The SEAS team agrees:
“OMNICOM was key to our success. We’re glad to have such a strong partner who was the main driver in achieving our implementation timelines and goals—current and future.”
“OMNICOM understood the history of issues with previous solutions and used these lessons to avoid them going forward.”
SEAS is looking forward to major opportunities to use even more automation, discover new use cases to save time and money, and further increase efficiency. And on top of that – AI.
“We need to thoroughly explore how to best use artificial intelligence, especially after Xurrent’s recent announcement of Sera.”
The Xurrent project at Slovenské elektrárne is, for us, a great example of how ITSM automation can be delivered quickly and reliably. And we’re looking forward to their next successes 🙂
