Over the past month, we successfully completed the implementation of the Xurrent ITSM platform for our important customer, Slovenské elektrárne. After five months of intensive work, we went live in June, launching an ICT Service Desk for more than 4,000 end users of ICT services. The Xurrent ITSM platform now enables more than 160 IT specialists to work more efficiently and provides a configuration management database (CMDB) with over 40,000 configuration items.
We marked this milestone with a symbolic “sweet touch” — a cake to celebrate the joint effort, teamwork, and commitment that accompanied this project.
At the go-live event, the project teams from Slovenské elektrárne and OMNICOM gathered together. We would like to thank everyone who invested their time, energy, and expertise into this implementation. Without them, this would not have been possible!
