Best GLPI Project 2026 – OMNICOM

The implementation of the GLPI 11 platform for the University Hospital Hradec Králové has received the prestigious Best GLPI Project 2026 award at the international GLPI Partners Day event in Marrakech.

On 15–16 October 2026, the international GLPI Partners Day 2026 event took place in Marrakech, Morocco, bringing together partners and experts from across the GLPI ecosystem. This year’s event was particularly special for OMNICOM, as we received the prestigious Best GLPI Project 2026 award for the successful implementation of the GLPI 11 platform at the University Hospital Hradec Králové.

Recognition for a Complex ITSM Project

The Best GLPI Project award recognises large-scale implementation projects that deliver solutions for complex organisations, handle large volumes of data, or represent a significant transformation of IT processes.

The winning project involved the implementation of GLPI 11, an enterprise ITSM platform, for the University Hospital Hradec Králové. The project was deployed into production during 2025–2026 and comprised several key phases, from the initial analysis and solution design through implementation and testing to documentation preparation.

OMNICOM was directly involved throughout every stage of the project. The submitted projects were evaluated by the TECLIB team, which selected our implementation as the winner.

This award represents significant recognition of the work delivered by the entire OMNICOM team and confirms our expertise in designing and implementing GLPI solutions for organisations with complex IT Service Management (ITSM) requirements.

It also motivates us to continue developing solutions that help our customers streamline IT processes, improve service management, and meet even the most demanding operational requirements.
