What did the “ITIL 5 and OC Solutions” Meetup bring?

On 14 May 2026, the meetup “ITIL 5 and OC Solutions” took place in the pleasant premises of Jurkovičova Tepláreň, specifically at DOT. espresso bar. The afternoon event brought together experts and enthusiasts from the fields of ITSM, ITIL, and modern IT service management technologies.

The goal of the meetup was to present the innovations introduced by ITIL 5, introduce the services of OC Solutions, and showcase the possibilities of using modern platforms and tools for efficient IT service management.

The “ITIL 5 and OC Solutions” meetup brought updates from the world of ITSM as well as an opportunity for in-person networking and meetings.

The program started with an opening session, followed by a series of expert presentations. Pavol Holbík introduced the innovations in ITIL 5 and also explained its certification scheme. Miroslav Hlohovský then presented the use of artificial intelligence within OC Solutions, and Juraj Sestrienka focused on ITSM consulting and practical project experience.

The presentations sparked strong interest among participants and naturally opened up discussion about current challenges and trends in IT service management. We were very pleased to have the opportunity, after a longer time, to meet in person with people we collaborate with on various projects and talk in an informal atmosphere outside the online space.

After the official part, the meetup continued with networking and a joint dinner, during which participants had the opportunity to build new connections, share experiences, and discuss topics currently resonating in the IT community.
