What is Lean Coffee™?

It’s an informal yet structured discussion format without a fixed agenda. Participants suggest topics, vote on their priority, and then discuss them in time-boxed segments. The format is simple, interactive, and ensures efficient use of time – no pointless talk, just concrete outcomes.

The discussion will be led by experienced facilitators Miroslav Hlohovský and Pavol Holbík (OMNICOM), who will create a space for open exchange of ideas, questions, and practical experiences in areas such as:
• IT Service Management
• Agility and team transformation
• Working with incidents, problems, and changes
• Anything that troubles or inspires you in the world of IT
