  • The course is led by lecturers with the ITIL®4 Managing Professional certification, but also by experienced consultants with many practical projects of adoption and adaptation of ITIL® best practice into the environment of various organizations. Therefore, in the course you will learn real practical experience.
  • Manuals (Student Books) and other courseware for the course are not purchased from third parties, but are the result of our own development under the guidance of consultants and course instructors
  • Innovative ways of teaching – we include innovative ways in the courses, which enable a better understanding of the course content and increase the chances of successfully passing certification tests.
  • We are constantly improving the level of courses and lecturers – participation in professional associations such as itSMF Slovakia and the operation of the largest professional portal in the field of best practice allows us to constantly improve.
  • The manual for this course is in English, the interpretation is in English as well.
  • The AXELOS certification test for obtaining the internationally valid ITIL®4 Foundation certificate is included in the price of the course and takes place at the end of the third day, or it is possible to agree on another date.
  • The test is in written form and consists of choosing the correct answers from the above options.
  • The length of the test is 75 minutes (60 minutes for English native speakers).
  • Test results are available within 3 working days after passing the exam
